Shipping & Import Fees

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS), and FedEx to ship. Your selection of available shipping options at check-out will determine how quickly your package arrives under normal circumstances.

For our US customers using our free shipping option, your order will be shipped via FedEx two day guaranteed delivery.

We cannot guarantee that our shippers will deliver in their stated time frame (with the exception of FedEx 2 day), we can only make sure that we get your package processed and delivered to USPS, or FedEx.

Our same day shipping cut-off is 12:00 PM Central Standard Time.
Any orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be shipped the next business day (including Saturday).

International orders are subject to other postal services and customs which may affect the length of time it takes your package to arrive. 
We have any control of international postal services nor customs.
Please keep this in mind, we are not responsible for any delays out of our control.

International customers, please be aware that your country may impose taxes or fees before you can collect your package. For your convenience our check out page will allow you to pre-pay those fees. You must use UPS or FedEx as your shipping choice to do so. USPS does NOT support the pre-payment of fees to any country.

Important shipping note: 
We ship from south Texas, USA. If you are an overseas buyer, it may take weeks for your cream to get to you if you use regular USPS First Class Mail (United States Post Office).
For faster shipping use USPS Priority Mail or UPS or FedEx.
Many packages may get held up in customs. We have no way to speed up this process.

It would be wonderful if we could get your cream to you faster.
The best we can do is to promise you that we will get your cream to the post office as fast as we can, and pack it well.
